MILAN

Milan, a fast-paced metropolis where creativity is big business, looking elegant, customary, and after-work drinks are an art form. One of the world’s fashion capitals, Milan offers unlimited opportunities for chic shopping. Embark upon the artsy neighbourhood of Brera for high-end leather goods and Via Monte Napoleone for exclusive boutiques. Feel like you are wandering inside a painting when visiting the enchanting mosaics and glass vaults of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Take a break from your spree to gape at the iconic Duomo, then enjoy a La Scala performance. Post-opera, the Navigli district buzzes with late-night activity.

In some ways, Milan has more in common with Paris or London than with other Italian cities, a business-like city with an embedded work-hard, play hard ethos. Italy’s business heart, a vibrant city of the future and an excellent choice for an elegant stay with Defoes Lifestyle.
